Juan Santiago (37) is missing from San Antonio, Texas.
June 18th
Juan moved to Texas with his girlfriend, Kristina Mock. They had been dating since March 2020. He was supposed to start a job in Texas. That night they at a Motel 6 along the 5500 block of IH-35.
June 19th
Juan calls 911 and the audio is distributing. That call can be heard here. There is a screen recording of it on this post, it is spit into two parts for faster upload. Family was unaware of this call until later on in the Investigation.
June 20
Supposedly Juan was seen at a gas station. We don’t know if this is correct information, not sure where this sighting originated from or if there’s surveillance or not.
June 29
Juan’s family files a missing persons report.
Kristina gave Juan’s family multiple stories about the events leading up to Juan’s disappearance. She said he was in jail, he’s not, his family confirmed that he’s not in jail. She also said he ran out the house delusional saying someone was chasing him came back grabbed her wallet and phone.
July 22
The 911 call is released. He certainly wasn’t delusional, there’s definitely at least one other man there with Kristina and Juan. This call is split in two parts below.
July 26
Kristina is no longer alive. According to friends she took her own life, according to her family, she died in her sleep.

December 27, 2020
Skeletal remains were found near Salado Creek at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston. The creek runs through the base over 40 miles.
December 31, 2020
Family confirmed the skeleton remains where that of Juan Santiago. Local law enforcement in conjunction with the Airforce special investigators and the FBI are now investigating.
